Q: Are you guys agents?
A: No. Not anymore. We left the agency in 2007 and 2008. Know that a real agent will never ask you for money up front for ANYTHING.
Q: I'm looking for career advice. Can you guys help?
A: Of course. Regardless of what you are looking for we can help get you pointed in the right direction. If it's a quick question you can just hit us up on Twitter @RogueAgents.
Q: What if I have a TV script, first act, pitch, or treatment? Do you guys offer consultation on any of these?
A: Absolutley. Send us an e-mail if you are interested in any of these services and we'll let you know what we can do.
Q: How long after sending my script can I expect a response?
A: We'll shoot you an e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your script and payment. The turnaround time varies depending on the current number of orders received. Currently, the turnaround time is approximately 1-2 WEEKS.
Q: Which one of you will be reading my script?
A: It will be randomly given to either Ethan or Derek based on our current workload. We'll give it to whoever can get to it first so that you can get a response as soon as possible.
Q: Why are you guys charging so little? What's the catch?
A: There's no catch. Hell, if you want to pay us more money because it makes you feel better we'll take it! The bottom line here is that $200.00 for a few hours of work ain't too shabby. We're not doing this to get rich. We're doing this because we love working with developing talent.
Q: Why did you guys leave the business?
A: We both had a number of different reasons for leaving but one big reason was that we didn't care for the politics of the industry. We had already had our fun and it was time to move on. If you really want to get to know us better you can drop us an e-mail!
Q: Can you get my script into the hands of agents?
A: Of course. We both still have a large number of friends and contacts at the top seven talent agencies. Don't get too excited here. We will only pass material that we ABSOLUTELY LOVE along to our friends.
